Hello there, hoping this post will allow me to catch up with everyone. Seems that October and November have flown right past me eyes! How many of you feel the same? Anyway, My 2oth Wedding Anniversary, and 43rd birthday have come and gone and now we're just days away from Thanksgiving. Looking forward to seeing the family, but I really can't wait to hug and kiss my daughter who lives 3 hours away from home. No doubt seeing her will be the best part of the holiday! So, this year I told my husband that we had to finally throw out the old fake white Christmas tree that we've had for seven years, and buy a new fake white tree. So off to Sears and Lowes we went. Found the best one at Lowes, so we set it up tonight and she looks beautiful! However, I will take my time dolling her up, just as I always do. There's always so much nostalgia that I always enjoy. Christmases past, homemade ornaments that have been so lovingly made just for my husband and I, and of course the wonderdful Christmas classic songs and movies that I listen to everyday. However, I'm one of those nutty people that loves to listen to Christmas music anytime of year. Enjoy the picture of my shabby chic tree from three years ago. I can't wait to show you the pics from this year!
Wishing you a blessed Thanksgiving,
